Rehabilitation and Repair

Structural or occasional

Our team is available to assist you with the rehabilitation of pipes, culverts, and manholes. If needed, we help you identify the best solution for your network, considering its specific characteristics and applicable regulations. With our expertise and advanced technologies, we deliver efficient and durable rehabilitation, minimizing disruptions and optimizing the long-term performance of your infrastructure.

Structural repairs

During the complete rehabilitation of a pipe, we perform lining, also known as slip lining. This process involves inserting a flexible membrane that expands inside the existing pipe, perfectly conforming to its inner wall. The membrane is then cured using specific techniques tailored to each project. Once curing is complete, the excess material is removed, restoring the pipe’s optimal performance in terms of flow and watertightness—comparable to that of a new pipe—with a minimum lifespan of 50 years. Our experts ensure that each step is carried out with precision, guaranteeing a durable result that meets the highest standards.

Please note: the internal diameter of the pipe may be slightly reduced depending on the thickness of the membrane selected, a factor we assess with you to optimize the performance of your network.

Occasional repair

Depending on the situation, we may have to make a repair at a specific location (joints, connections, etc.)

Sheathing / lining
A sheath is deployed at the desired location in the pipe. Once hardened, the defect will be covered by the new membrane and the structural integrity will be restored. This process does not involve any entry into a confined space.
Clogging
This work consists of injecting a resin that will seal defects such as breakage, fractures, cracks, etc. This solution is less expensive than a sheath and faster in terms of operation.
Cement repair
It is possible for our teams to apply cement in manholes over 900 mm. We can thus repair gutters, walls, joints, etc.
